Do you take insurance?

I currently do not accept insurance through my private practice, however, if you have a PPO plan, I can provide you with a super-bill which can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement.  

Helpful questions to ask your insurance provider are: 

• Does my policy include out-of-network benefits for outpatient behavioral and mental health services?

• What is my annual deductible for out-of-network mental health benefits? How much of this deductible have I met to date? 

• When does my policy year begin?

• What is the coinsurance percentage for mental health services that my policy covers?

• Is there a limit on out-of-pocket expenses each year?  What is the limit?
